Missy Zeitsoff, who served on the council from 1990 to 1992, did not state how much money she has raised or spent. She has clearly spent some money, since Zeitsoff has an advertisement on this website. Candidates who raise under $1,000 do not have to release their campaign's financial information.

Local activists Andy Lyon and Hamish Patterson have both raised and spent no money. The two have said they plan to spend no money on the campaign.
