Transient Accused of Throwing Rock at Mustang in Malibu
Billy Raymond House is accused of throwing a rock at a 1994 red Ford Mustang on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.

A transient was in custody Friday on suspicion of throwing a rock and damaging a red 1994 Ford Mustang on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
Billy Raymond House was arrested on Dec. 20 on suspicion of throwing an object at a vehicle with intent to cause great bodily injury, according to the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff’s Station.
The driver told investigators that he was driving westbound in the 19000 block of Pacific Coast Highway on his way to work at the Point Mugu Naval Base when he saw a man walking on the shoulder of the highway.

The motorist reported that he saw the man throw a medium sized rock at the Ford Mustang, which struck the vehicle and dented the paneling.
He pulled over and responding deputies spoke to House who said he was in fear for his life when he threw the rock and believe it “was going to run him over.”

House told the investigator that “it was a stupid thing to do.”
