And After It Rains, There's A Rainbow, Manhattan Beach: Our Town
Rainbow views in Manhattan Beach this morning spark a little reflection and a song refrain. Take a look at Richard Podgurski, Jr.'s photo.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Working from home has its advantages. You can stay in your sweats and work and no one sees your apparel. You can raid the refrigerator anytime you are stressed. You can affectionately glance over at your 13-year-old Border Collie sleeping near you as you work. You can create your own environment to make it bolster your spirits, amp you up for your day — make it all happen that you reach your goals.
And then there's the creative side of things. You can look out at the sun and feel a spark of inspiration. You can daydream of years past [the holidays and end of the year will do that to you.] and reflect. But who has time for that?! There's work. It's about work. It's about doing what you love and bringing news and content to your readers.
So, today, there's inspiration. And I haven't been able to get this refrain out of my head.

It's not that the colors aren't there
It's just imagination they lack
Everything's the same back in my little town (my little town)"
So here's to rainbows on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020. The ones you've seen, the ones people have photographed, the ones captured this morning after the incredibly unusual hail storm we experienced in Manhattan Beach overnight.
Add your rainbow photos in the comments section. Even if the photo wasn't taken today, rainbows are always a welcome sight, so share!
