Volunteers will be able to help set up, decorate and take down more than 80 trees that have traditionally lined the Manhattan Beach Pier.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — For the first time ever, Manhattan Beach residents will get the chance to help decorate more than 80 Christmas trees along the pier.
The Downtown Manhattan Beach Business and Professional Association is in search of volunteers to help install, decorate and remove the trees that have lined the pier since 2010. Set up will take place on Nov. 17 at 3 p.m. and take down will happen on Dec. 1 at noon.
Also new this year, residents will be able to purchase the trees after they are removed on Dec. 1.
