Farmers Market Temporarily Relocated To Manhattan Beach Civic Center
The Manhattan Beach Farmers Market will temporarily move to the Civic Center due to construction work downtown.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The Manhattan Beach Farmers Market will.be temporarily moved to the Civic Center due to construction in the Downtown area.
Starting Tuesday, the popular weekly market will move to the Civic Center's Upper Parking Lot and Plaza located 320 15th St. Local Vendors will sell artisanal goods and fresh produce starting at 11 a.m. through 3 p.m. every Tuesday.
"The temporary relocation to the Civic Center provides a convenient alternative for market-goers, who are encouraged to continue supporting the local farmers and artisans who make the market a weekly favorite," the city said.

The farmers market is being relocated to ensure that residents are safe during the demolition of Manhattan Beach's parking structure Lot 3, which began last week. The demolition is scheduled to take about 40 working days, after which the area will become a temporary at-grade parking lot.
