MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Spring is a great time to refresh your inner and outer beauty routine, and you can get started by attending Spring Into Beauty—a live retail and entertainment event—at the reimagined Manhattan Village. It will take place Saturday, April 17, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

"This will be a shopping experience," Don Ziss, General Manager of Manhattan Village, told Patch. "We'll have vendors as well as activations located throughout the mall, both inside and out."

There will also be live music by Lauren Black, tarot readings, raffles, and goodie bags to the first 200 people, Ziss said.

To keep patrons safe, COVID rules will be enforced. "There is an RSVP requirement, allowing us to socially distance participants, and masks are required," Ziss said.

Ziss believes this will be a great opportunity for residents to check out the Manhattan Village redevelopment and expansion project which began two years ago. The new space consists of curated open-air dining and retail space with a modern luxury feel.

"The new Village shows itself and is an amazing place for the community to enjoy," he said. "And this is a great time to get out and support retail.

Event staff will pass out passports to encourage guests to take the opportunity to visit stores for special services or discounts. Once your passport is stamped there will be a special raffle for those who participate.

A list of participating vendors will be released soon, Ziss said.
