Major Construction Will Impact Traffic In Manhattan Beach

Traffic along major streets will be reduced to one lane while Southern California Edison replaces transmission wires.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Traffic along Rosecrans Avenue in Manhattan Beach will be reduced to one lane while Southern California Edison replaces transmission wires.

Traffic from east of Village Drive to west of Sepulveda Boulevard will have westbound traffic down to one lane and an intermittent closure of Sepulveda Boulevard for the wire to cross the right-of-way.

Eastbound traffic in Manhattan Beach on Rosecrans Avenue will also be reduced to one lane with an intermittent closure of Rosecrans Avenue for wire to cross over Rosecrans ROW.
