MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — All lanes on Aviation Boulevard near the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center have been reopened following a bad wreck in Manhattan Beach, police said.  Authorities have closed all northbound traffic on Aviation Boulevard at 19th Street at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday after noon. But at around 6:30 p.m. authorities reopened the roads again.Traffic in the area is affected by the earlier closure.
