MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Photowalk host Jefferson Graham shot this photo Wednesday morning.

"It was low tide and I saw a wonderful reflection of the Manhattan Beach Pier on the coastline," Graham said. He this at 7:20 a.m., about twenty minutes after the sun began rising.
