Street Sweeping, Trash Collection Modified For Labor Day
Trash collection and street sweeping will not occur on Monday due to the holiday.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Scheduled residential trash collection and street sweeping in Manhattan Beach will be modified due to the upcoming Labor Day holiday.
Trash collection and street sweeping will not occur on Monday due to the holiday.
For residential trash collection, the weekly schedule will be delayed one day to account for the lack of collection on Monday. This means Monday's route will be collected on Tuesday and collections for regular routes will also be pushed back by one day.

Any questions about refuse services can be directed to Waste Management at 310-830-7100.
Street sweeping will also be canceled on Monday, but it will not be rescheduled, the city said. All other street sweeping days during the week will operate on a normal schedule. The Manhattan Beach Police Department will not cite vehicles for street Sweeping purposes on Labor Day.
