There’s Still Time To Catch Fall Festivals Near Manhattan Beach
Fall celebrations are the highlight of the spooky season and the Manhattan Beach area is teeming with events for the whole family to enjoy.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Fall is a great time to get outside in California and take in the rich offering of festivals.
The changing colors of autumn provide a scenic background for fall and harvest festivals, which have contests ranging from apple bobbing and pumpkin carving to lumberjack contests and Halloween parades.
Fall is also the season for corn mazes, pumpkin patches, Oktoberfests, scary Halloween celebrations and apple orchard visits.

Here are three festivals and events in the Manhattan Beach area worth putting on the calendar:
- Halloween Trick or Treat at Riviera Village
- Thousands of children visit the shops along Catalina Avenue that hand out candy. The event takes place on Oct. 31 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Halloween Celebration at Manhattan Village
- This event takes place on Oct. 29 and will feature a live performance by Twinkle Time, crafts and more.
- Family Halloween Carnival in Manhattan Beach
- The carnival is on Oct. 22 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and features a a parade, Teen Center haunted house, cupcake walk and more.
