MANHATTAN BEACH, CA - A water main break early Sunday morning disrupted service on a street in Manhattan Beach.The break was reported just before 2 a.m. in the 100 block of 10th Street, according to Manhattan Beach police.Just after noon, police said service would be restored within two hours, but shortly after 7 p.m. they issued an advisory saying service "will be out for most of the day."It's unclear how many people have been affected.-City News Service, photo via Shutterstock

The break was reported just before 2 a.m. in the 100 block of 10th Street, according to Manhattan Beach police.Just after noon, police said service would be restored within two hours, but shortly after 7 p.m. they issued an advisory saying service "will be out for most of the day."
