Hotel Asking for Reduction in Public Parking

Owners of the Marina del Rey Hotel are asking for a reduction in parking spaces on Bali Way to allow for building renovation. 

The parking spaces will decrease to 322 from 386 to allow for emergency access, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance and pedestrian improvements, as well as some exterior renovations to the hotel, located at 13534 Bali Way.

Members of the public are invited to speak on the proposed changes on July 3 at 9 a.m. at a Los Angeles Department of Regional Planning meeting, located in Room 150 at 320 West Temple Street, Los Angeles.
