Food Trucks Visiting Marina on Thursday

Gourmet food trucks will be parked at Mother’s Beach every week throughout the summer.

Trucks will feature dishes such as lobster rolls, Yucatan pork tacos and Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches. The weekly event will take place Thursday evenings from 5 to 9 p.m. at Mother’s Beach, located at 4101 Admiralty Way. 

On Sept. 6, trucks in attendance will include: Baby's Badass Burgers, Dogtown Dogs, Dosa Truck, Frysmith, Holy Aioli, Roll n' Lobster.

“This is a rare opportunity for visitors to enjoy a gourmet meal in a casual setting directly on the beach on lovely summer nights,” said Gary Jones, deputy director of the Department of Beaches and Harbors. “The variety of gourmet trucks should offer something for everyone.”

Paid parking is available at the beach lot for $1 per hour.
