Fat Sal's Sandwich Shop Opens In Venice-Marina Del Rey
Stop by the Washington Boulevard shop Friday, Aug. 5 to early Saturday, Aug. 6 for a half-off sandwich deal.
MARINA DEL REY-VENICE, CA — Fat Sal’s Deli & Sandwich Shop, a SoCal go-to for guilty-pleasure sandwiches, celebrates its new shop with a discount deal Friday to Saturday at its new locale on Washington Boulevard on the Marina Del Rey-Venice border.
On Friday, Aug. 5 from 11 a.m. to Saturday, Aug. 6 at 3 a.m., patrons can score half-off sandwiches.
The location marks the sixth shop in the Greater Los Angeles area for the chain that prides itself on its sub sandwiches, burgers, shakes, salads and wraps.

The new Fat Sal's is at 37 Washington Blvd., Marina Del Rey, adjacent to Venice Beach. Follow the business here on Facebook.
The chain initially launched in Westwood in 2010 with backing from New York buddies Josh Stone, Sal Capek and Jerry Ferrara—who played Turtle on Entourage. The hot spot soon garnered a following from UCLA students and faculty.

Menu options include: the "Fat Breakfast" with eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, mozzarella & tots on a butter grilled hero; the "Irrestible Italiano" with ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, sweet or hot peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion, vinaigrette on a hero; and the "Tenacious Turkey & Pastrami" with pastrami, turkey, Swiss, cole slaw and Russian dressing.
Other local Fat Sal's locations include Westwood, Hollywood, L.A. Koreatown, Encino and Lincoln Heights in Los Angeles.
