Antioch Power Outage Affects Over 4,500
PG&E crews have restored power this morning to about 4,560 customers in the Antioch area.

ANTIOCH - PG&E crews have restored power this morning to about 4,560 customers in the Antioch area, a PG&E spokeswoman said.
The outage started at 5:11 a.m. and was fully restored at 6:11 a.m., spokeswoman Jacqueline Ratto said.
The cause was one or more metallic balloons.
