Citizen of the Year Nominations Now Being Accepted

The Martinez Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for their annual Citizen of the Year Awards. If you know someone who deserves to be recognized for their efforts on behalf of the city, you have until March 14 to submit your nomination.

Honorees will be announced and awarded at the Citizens of the Year Awards Dinner will be held at the Martinez Event Center in Downtown Martinez on April 13, 2013 from 6pm-9pm.

The Chamber is accepting letters of nomination for the following categories:

• Young Man & Young Woman of the Year
• Man & Woman of the Year
• Service Without Borders
• Educator/Teacher of the Year 
• Lifetime Achievement
 

Deadline for letters is Thursday, March 14, 2013 at 5:00pm. No late letters will be accepted.
