Crash Near The Bridge Ties Up I-680 Traffic This Morning
The CHP said an overturned trailer blocked three lanes for about an hour.
Traffic was snarled on northbound Interstate Highway 680 near the Benicia-Martinez Bridge in Contra Costa County late this morning after a small trailer became disconnected from a truck and overturned, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The three right lanes were initially blocked by the crash, which happened around 10:40 a.m. All lanes were back open by about 11:45 a.m.
CHP Officer Scott Cakebread said no injuries were reported.
