The presentation will provide a practical overview of both the state and federal regulations for disability access.
Attendees will receive an overview of existing and recently changed laws and how it effects business and property owners, including responsibilities and risks when business owners are not compliant with state and federal regulations.

The presentation will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Martinez City Hall, located at 525 Henrietta St., in the Council Chambers.
