POLICE LOG: Landlord Makes Disturbing Find In Closet

A Martinez resident left something behind when he left town — in something of a hurry — and his landlord wasn't too happy about it.
The tenant left a shotgun and ammunition in a closet in his Martinez apartment when he was arrested and extradited to Texas. The landlord offered to hand over the weapon and bullets to the Martinez Police on Saturday.
