Marina donuts – A driver was reported doing donuts at a parking lot near the Marina.
August 9
Car keyed – A man on Center Avenue reported that more than half of his car was damaged when someone keyed it – damage estimated at between $1500 to $2000.
When weather’s not enough – A Muir Road resident reported that a tall, clean shaven man was knocking on doors, wanting to talk about God.
Prowler report – A woman home alone on County Run Drive reported that she heard someone come into her home, move furniture around, then go out the back through the garage.
Have you seen the results so far? – A man in a bright orange shirt is reported standing in front of the Main Street Starbucks harassing people to register to vote.
Copper from coppers – Copper piping was stolen from the perimeter of the Crime Lab on Escobar Street.
Time for a change – A thin man in diapers and open shirt was reported walking around the parking lot of the Amtrak Station.
When caring is not enough – A woman was arrested for suspicion of public drunkenness after throwing chairs around the bar area of Carrows on Center Avenue.
Detained for donuts – A man was arrested for doing donuts in the parking lot of John Muir Elementary on Vista Way.
