MARTINEZ, CA β€” The developed recreation area at Radke Martinez Regional Shoreline was scheduled to close Tuesday, Sept. 5, and remain closed through November, the East Bay Regional Park District announced.

Irrigation replacement work is set to take place during the closure. Once completed, the new irrigation system will conserve water by significantly improving watering efficiency in the park, the Park District said.
