Monday, April 22, 2013
6:25am – An employee reported that there were several broken windows at the Les Schwab Tire Store on Alhambra Ave.
8:19am – A woman in a beige Chevy Tahoe was reported running stop lights and driving aggressively near the Forest Hills Safeway. She was gone when police arrived.

8:36pm – A woman reported that while she waited on Main St. for someone to help her unlock her car, a white male adult dressed in black was staring at her and making her uncomfortable. He was gone when police arrived.

1:18pm – A man came into the police station and asked officers to have a chat with a fellow sitting on Brown St. in a red van, giving the one-figure salute to passing vehicles. The rude van man was gone when police arrived.
4:55pm – A woman was arrested in the parking lot at Waterfront Park for drunkenness.

4:33am – A woman discovered a man trying to break into her car on Starflower Dr. The man, who was wearing a black jacket and driving a silver car, drove off into the night without the object of his criminal affection.
2:24pm – Sometimes typos deserve a mention: the dispatcher wrote that the reporting party found “frau charges on his account.” It was, of course, suppose to be “fraud charges,” but we like it better the first way.
1:33pm – A car was stolen on Allen St.
3:11pm – Residents of F and Castro streets requested extra patrols because they say that high school kids are gathering in front of the houses there, dealing and using drugs at 8 a.m.

6:51am – Two women were arrested for suspicion of stealing a car on Azalea Ave.
6:54am – The owner of Sunrise Cleaners on Center Ave. reported that his cash register had been gone through overnight and an undetermined amount of money was taken.
7:51am – A burgundy Nissan was stolen overnight from Benson Court.
6:52pm – A man reported touched a woman’s back and snapped her bra as she was retrieving her mail at the Regency Plaza Apartments on J St.
