A trick with no treats β A resident of Willow Drive reported that a man took a garbage bag full of clothes and a plastic skull Halloween light from the garage and walked away down Brown Street.

Loitering and high β Two men were reported in front of the Contra Costa Community College District building loitering and smoking marijuana.
Wonβt go away β Six to eight customers of the Cue and Brew on Arnold Drive were thrown out of the club, and continued hanging out behind the club in the parking lot.

String of thefts from autos β A truck on Macalvey Drive was broken into and a a cell phone and CDs were taken; shortly thereafter several cars were broken into on Blue Canyon Way. Others occurred later in the day on Shell Avenue and Augustine Drive.
November 7
Bovines in the backyard β A resident of Starflower Drive and Arnold Drive reported there were cows in his backyard.
