'Sweeny Todd' Performed This Weekend By Willows Theater Students
Willows Conservatory Summer Stage Group offers Sondheim's 1979 musical production.
The Willows Conservatory Summer Stage Group presents 'Sweeny Todd,' Stephen Sondheim's 1979 musical production. Performances are tonight through Saturday at 7 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. at Alhambra High School's Performing Arts Building.
The actors range in age from 12-18. Director/choreographer Ricardo Rust helmed the producstion, with musical direction by Tim Hanson.
The production has been staged with a mere five weeks of rehearsal. By all accounts it is a highly entertaininng evening.
