Wild Chase Through Town Ends at Highway 4
Three suspects apprehended after high-speed chase.
A high-speed chase through city streets and on Highway 4 ended Tuesday morning at the junction of Highway 4 and Alhambra Avenue. Three suspects in a green BMW convertible were apprehended.
Martinez police, in conjunction with the Contra Costa Sheriff's Department and Highway Patrol, participated in the chase, which at times reportedly reached speeds of 90 mph.
