EPA Police Chief Live-Tweeted His Tuesday
Want to know what the police chief does all day? Take a look at his tweets.
East Palo Alto Police Chief Ron Davis is taking to Twitter Tuesday to offer the community a first-hand look at his responsibilities and the issues facing the city.
Davis, who can be followed on Twitter @epachief, is posting about various topics. At about 7 a.m., Davis tweeted, "Making a cup of coffee to go, heading out of the house to take my son, Glenn, to school. Will then head to work."
During an 8:45 a.m. meeting on crime statistics with members of his staff, Davis tweeted "Assaults are up from 63 this time last year to 99 so far this year. We are seeing a notable increase in non-firearm assaults."

Davis will tweet and post photos from his appointments throughout the day, and topics will include prisoner re-entry, budget matters and anti-violence strategies.
