Menlo Park To Suspend Overnight Parking Enforcement For Holidays

Parking officers will suspend enforcement of overnight residential parking rules beginning Friday, Dec. 20.

MENLO PARK, CA — As families and friends gather to celebrate the season, Menlo Park officials have announced the city will pause enforcement of overnight parking rules in residential areas over the holidays.

The holiday courtesy will take effect the morning of Friday, Dec. 20, and the ordinance will remain unenforced through the morning of Sunday, Jan. 5. Enforcement is scheduled to resume promptly at 2 a.m. on Jan. 6.

Officials said vehicles found without a permit will receive a courtesy warning to remind them of the usual overnight regulations.
