New Park, Pickleball Courts Opens In The Bay Area
On top of pickleball courts, the park has a variety of other sports venues for locals to enjoy.
MENLO PARK, CA — Active sports enthusiasts in Menlo Park can rejoice with the addition of a new park equipped with a variety of courts to compete on.
Flood Park officially opened Saturday at 215 Bay Rd. in Menlo Park. A multi-year renovation is finally complete and now locals can enjoy the 21-acre site that is sure to offer an athletic venue for all interested.

Residents can stop by to hang out under the shady oak trees or they can get competitive and enjoy the sand volleyball, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts.
Visitors can also enjoy a picnic at the custom charcoal barbecues next to the tables or play on the multi-use fields.
For those truly daring, make sure to check out the pump track, which is a paved circuit of rollers and banked turns for bikes, skateboards and scooters.
