• BART fares, bridge tolls set to rise Jan. 1 (mercurynews.com) — Millbrae BART riders will see monthly parking jump by more than $30 starting Jan. 1, alongside a 6.2% systemwide fare increase. The hikes aim to close BART’s looming budget gap and avoid deeper service cuts, while bridge tolls across the Bay Area will also rise by 50 cents for most drivers.
