The US Coast Guard Auxiliary, Department of Boating and Waterways and Radio Disney will be kicking off Memorial Day Weekend and concluding National Safe Boating Week with its 14th Annual Free Life Jacket Trade-In event. Families are invited to Strawberry Village, Mill Valley, on Friday, May 24 from 4pm to 6 pm, to learn boating and water safety tips and have their children's life jackets inspected by water safety professionals. If the life jacket is outgrown or no longer safe to use, a new, properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket will be given in exchange. (One per family. While supplies last). The Radio Disney's Road Crew will provide music, games and prizes.
