'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' Chalk Drawings at Depot Plaza

On Sunday, April 28th from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Depot Square in downtown Mill Valley, “Charlie and The Chocolate Factory” comes to life with chalk art and music. 
Artist Genna Panzarella will create a scene from Roald Dahl's classic story.

The Performing Arts Academy of Marin will present songs and characters from the book. Children will be given Golden Tickets redeemable at Henry's Toyshop for a special prize.

Scott Rubin from Mathnasium will perform math magic. And SweetE's Organic Candy will provide treats.

This Sunday tradition on the downtown square is a pre-event to the annual Storybook Ball, scheduled for May 19, which raises money for the Mill Valley Library Foundation.
