The City of Mill Valley seeks two Mill Valley residents with an interest in golf course operations and/or business and marketing expertise to serve on an ad hoc advisory committee to evaluate the Mill Valley Golf Course operations and develop findings and recommendations for Parks and Recreation Commission and City Council consideration.
The appointed residents will join a Chamber of Commerce representative and two members of the Parks and Recreation Commission on this ad hoc committee.
The committee will suggest the focus and mission of the golf course and immediate and long-term initiatives and improvements necessary to address findings and recommendations to ensure the program's financial stability. It is expected that this task will be accomplished and a presentation of findings and recommendations provided to the Parks and Recreation Commission in January.
Mill Valley residents interested in serving on the committee should submit an application form on or before November 9. For more information, contact Lauren Buchholz, Recreation Department Administrative Aide, 180 Camino Alto, Mill Valley CA, or email lbuchholz@cityofmillvalley.org
