Stuffed Animal Halloween Giveaway

For the past 24 years, Lomita Drive resident Burton Butler has taken the trick-or-treat tradition and turned it on its ear. In an effort to fight tooth decay, Butler gives out stuffed animals instead of Halloween candy to all trick-or-treaters. Free.
