Goodwill’s First-Ever Boutique Georgi and Willow Opens in Marin

Goodwill has gone boutique, starting in Marin.

The new shop Georgi and Willlow in downtown San Anselmo is the first-of-its-kind for the national Goodwill Industries and opened its doors on last Friday.

The nonprofit shop caters mainly to Marin women and features items sourced from Goodwill stores in the Bay Area,

The space, at 649 San Anselmo Avenue, was converted from two shops into one. The project had been in the works for more than nine months.

The included information about the stores’ female archetypes, two fictional Marin women named Georgi and Willow, as well as the services the Bay Area Goodwill chapter offers.
