Surrounded by flowers and friends, Jeanette Dicken celebrated her 100th birthday with a party at her house on Nelson Avenue. Care givers, family from Fresno, Eastern Star members and friends came to share cake and good wishes. Mimi Davis of Mill Valley read her a letter from the Grand Chapter of California Order of the Eastern Star and presented her with a certificate of congratulations. She's been a member of Eastern Star, a Masonic organization, for 65 years. She has lived in Mill Valley since 1970.
