The Mill Valley Public Works Department is currently hiring the following two positions:

Operations Superintendent
Salary:  $6772.00/Month

The City of Mill Valley Department of Public Works is seeking a self-directed problem-solver with high standards for quality and a solid commitment to public service to fill the position of Operations Superintendent.

SUMMARY: Under direction of the Director of Public Works, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the work of maintaining City parks, recreation areas, buildings and facilities, street trees, streets, sidewalks, storm drains, flood control channels, sewer lines, and City vehicles; assisting in the supervision of the construction of City facilities; and performing related work as required.

Salary:  $5295.00/Month

The City of Mill Valley Department of Public Works is seeking a self-directed problem-solver with high standards for quality and a solid commitment to public service to fill the position of Building Maintenance Supervisor.

SUMMARY: Under direction of the Operations Superintendent, the responsibility of this position is to supervise, manage, and participate in the maintenance, repair, cleaning and safety of City buildings and related equipment and facilities. Perform related work as required.
