Bay Area Man Grabbed Around The Neck, Forced Out Of Business In Battery: Police
Police said they responded to the local business after the battery was reported.
MILL VALLEY, CA — Officers arrested a 61-year-old man Sunday afternoon in Mill Valley after he grabbed a man around the neck and pushed him out of a local business, police said.
At around 11 a.m. on Sunday, Mill Valley Police Department officers said they responded to the 100 block of East Blithedale Avenue after receiving a call about a battery that had just occurred.
Police said when they arrived they spoke to the victim who told them that a man, later identified as Robert Eric Grover, 61, a former resident of Truckee, had grabbed the victim around the neck and pushed him out of the business.

Officers said the victim had minor injuries and paramedics arrived to evaluate him further.
Police said they found Grover and arrested him for battery with bodily injury. He was booked into the Marin County Jail.
