SAN RAFAEL, CA — Several San Rafael roads closed part of Thursday afternoon due to a structure have reopened, police said.
The blaze at 70 Woodland Ave. led to the closure of Woodland Avenue at Du Bois and Culver streets.
Police announced the reopening at 2:45 p.m. Thursday.
