Mill Valley To Hold Housing Element Workshop

MILL VALLEY, CA — Mill Valley will address state housing requirements during a virtual workshop next month, city officials said.

The virtual meeting will be held on Zoom Feb. 16 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. The city is also conducting an online survey.

Mill Valley is required by the state to demonstrate that it can successfully accommodate new homes on city land within limits for a range of household incomes.

“City staff is currently working to identify strategies and identify those properties that can help the City plan for and make room for new housing in Mill Valley,” officials said in a statement.
