Mill Valley Inn Takes the Readers’ Choice Hotel Crown

Whether it’s for out-of-town guests or stay-cations for locals, Mill Valley Patch readers spoke loudly this week that the is the best hotel in town.

In the latest edition of our Readers’ Choice series, the downtown inn garnered nearly 50 percent of the votes cast, a clear indication that the 18-year-old hotel’s popularity hasn’t waned.

The 25-room inn, co-owned by 's Domenico and Paolo Petrone and partners Ray and Patience Zambrano, opened in 1994. It offers guests a choice of rooms in the main building, the Creek House or private cottages nestled among the redwoods off Throckmorton Avenue.
