Parcel Tax Campaigners Organize Final Push Before Nov. 6 Election

They've planned corner rallies, a Walk and Roll to School Day and even a teacher sponsored coffee cart at Edna.

Measure B campaigners are ramping it up today and Monday with some final moves to gain further support for a $196 parcel tax to combat the Mill Valley School District’s looming budget deficit.

Students and organizers plan to 'Walk and Roll to School' holding signs and stickers Monday morning, followed by rallies on street corners in the afternoon. At Edna Maguire, teachers are even hosting a coffee car with fresh coffee, tea and treats to refuel the walkers in the morning.
