Mill Valley Election Results: Nakatani, Yoo, Katz Lead MVSD Race

MILL VALLEY, CA — The polls are closed in Marin County, and voters will soon know the 2022 General Election results.

In the Mill Valley School District race Sharon Nakatani (29.5 percent), Yunhee Yoo (23.8 percent) and Natalie Katz (23.0 percent) lead for the three open seats over Carol Morganstern (12.0 percent) and George B. Rosenfield (11.8 percent) as of late Tuesday night.

In the Marin Municipal Water District elections Mathew Samson (60.1 percent) leads Jack Gibson (39.3 percent) in the Division 1 race and Ranjiv Khush (59.6 percent) leads incumbent Larry Bragman (31.1 percent) and Jack Kenney (9.3 percent), and Jed Smith (64.3 percent) leads Shana M. Katzman (35.7 percent) in the Division 4 race.

There are 170,020 registered voters in Marin County of which 105,815 (62.2 percent) are registered as Democrats, 20,960 (12.3 percent) are registered as Republicans, and 4,926 (2.9 percent) have chosen no party preference.
