Road Closed In Marin County Due To Flooding: Police

Police sent out an alert at 9:48 a.m.

LARKSPUR, CA — Police said they shut down a road Friday in Larkspur due to flooding.

At 9:48 a.m. on Friday, the Central Marin Police Department sent out an alert advising locals to avoid Doherty Drive from Lucky Drive to Riviera Circle in Larkspur for the next few hours due to flooding.

Police said to avoid the area of Redwood High School and Doherty Drive due to flooding and that they would send out an update when the road reopens.

Police said significant traffic delays expected and to use alternate routes until further notice.
