Tamalpais High Girls LAX Advance To NCS Semifinals

MILL VALLEY, CA — The Tamalpais High girls’ lacrosse team is a win away from a chance to play for a section title.

The No. 3 seeded Red-tailed Hawks beat No. 6 Bishop O’Dowd of Oakland 15-13 in North Coast Section Division 2 quarterfinal playoff game Thursday.

Tamalpais (12-5) is scheduled to play No. 2 Marin Academy (13-4) Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in an NCS semifinal at Marin Catholic High.

The winner of that game will play for the championship on Thursday against the winner of Tuesday’s game between No. 5 San Marin (14-6) and No. 1 Campolindo (15-1)
