2 Adults Arrested, 1 Juvi Released To Parents After Disturbance
Milpitas police officers responded to what is believed to be a drug-induced disturbance a week ago on Park Hill Drive.
MILPITAS, CA -- Two adults were arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and public intoxication, while a juvenile was released to his parents after the trio appeared to have ingested a drug that caused a disturbance at the 300 block of Park Hill Drive a week ago.
After being given a medical clearance by a hospital, Danieve Naranja and Alexander Woo, both 18-year-olds from Milpitas, were taken into custody by Milpitas police officers who encountered Naranja acting odd and screaming while being restrained by witnesses. Woo was found to be walking erratically in the middle of the street and was restrained by officers after ignoring commands.
The 17-year-old San Jose male, whose identity is being concealed because he's a juvenile, was found revving the engine of a grey 2012 Nissan Versa with a blank stare on his face. When he refused to get out of the car, officers forcibly removed him. He sustained a minor injury.
