Drug Dealer Arrested After Traffic Stop: Police
According to police, the driver had an active felony warrant related to drug sales, child endangerment and weapons violations.

MILPITAS, CA — An alleged drug dealer was arrested Friday in Milpitas after a routine traffic stop revealed more serious offenses, according to police.
Officials said an officer on the midnight shift pulled over a vehicle intending to ticket the driver but discovered the man had an active, $150,000 felony warrant for his arrest for allegations of drug sales, child endangerment and weapons violations.
Police said a search of the vehicle revealed a large amount of marijuana, prescription medication and cash.
The suspect was booked into jail for the warrant, and on suspicion of possession of marijuana and prescribed medication with intent to sell.
"Even though marijuana is legal for recreational use in California, possession of marijuana with intent to sell remains illegal," police said. "Moral of the story, don't be a drug dealer and always obey the rules of the road!"
