Felony Hit-and-run Suspect Sought By Milpitas Police
The male victim who sustained major injuries was crossing East Calaveras Boulevard at northbound I-680 when he was struck by a vehicle.

MILPITAS, CA — Milpitas officers are searching for a driver responsible for injuring a 31-year-old man who was crossing East Calaveras Blvd. at northbound Interstate 680 a few weeks ago, the police department reported.
A dark-colored sedan, possibly a 90s model Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable was seen on July 8 at about 8:51 p.m. and fled before Milpitas Police and fire personnel arrived at the scene of a hit and run crash involving a pedestrian victim that sustained major injuries.
The suspect's vehicle may have damage to the right front fender area.

The Milpitas Police Department is actively investigating the incident and is currently seeking
witnesses.
