Milpitas Police Release Image Of Burglary Suspect

Surveillance footage shows the suspect is a black man about 6 ft. tall with a heavy build, last seen wearing a black beanie and dark jeans.

MILPITAS - Police have released a photo of a suspect who burglarized a home in Milpitas in January and are asking for the public's help in identifying him.

Police said at 8:50 a.m. on Jan. 29, officers investigated a residential burglary at the Mill Creek Apartments located at 440 Dixon Landing Road.

The victim told police when she returned home, she found her residence had been ransacked and personal belongings were stolen.

According to police, surveillance footage showed the suspect was a black man who is about 6 feet tall with a heavy build and was last seen wearing a black beanie, green shirt, black jacket with a white Nike Air Jordan logo on the left side of the chest, black gloves and dark jeans.
