SJ House Fire Displaces 8, Injures 1
The structure fire that broke out on McLaughlin Avenue Monday sent one person to the hospital with minor injuries.

SAN JOSE, CA — Eight people were displaced after a house fire in East San Jose on Monday, according to a fire captain.
The fire was reported at about 3 p.m. in the 2600 block of McLaughlin Avenue and was under control as of 4 p.m., according to Capt. Mitch Matlow.
One person was hospitalized with minor injuries and the American Red Cross is supporting residents of the single-family home, who are all adults.
